Born as a DJ project orginally in 2009, BSS features three of the central personalities those have defined in a way the sound mark of the label through the years since its foundation: label owner Fabio Della Torre, Mass Prod and Rufus.
It is based on 2 main concepts, “Djing” and “Crew” where the main features are: the idea of a solid and united group of artists, the synergy between the single players, the love for music without any compromise, the never-ending sound research, the musical diggin’ and the share of this big musical love.
Futurist and Oldschool at the same time, Bosconi Soundsystem starts from an idea of a free musical flux: exploring every single aspects of the club music sound and history, BSS goes through Downbeat and House passing by Techno and Disco, from the more broken vibes of the Uk Garage movement, through more avangardistic and timeless musical genres, always looking for new styles and new melting pots.
2017 sees the first production project of the Trio with the release Back To Front and shortly after their first album 2×12″ named Unrequested States Of Bliss and a track released on the Bosconi Stallions Vol.2 compilation for the 10th anniversary of the label.
BSS breaks and fixes the groove, privileging emotions into music instead of the forced need of “make people dancing”, it ferments from the underground and it’s permeated of a more free, modern and open minded vision of dancefloor.
